We pack our Bak Kwa in an air-tight vacuum pack. You have a choice of our signature Orginal flavour, or Spicy or a Combination of both.
Bak Kwa Storage and Reheating Instructions:
Bak kwa is best stored in the fridge, and reheated in the microwave for 10 seconds per slice, or lightly grilled in an air fryer or oven. It can be stored for up to 10 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. We hope you enjoy Auntie Poon’s bak kwa.
