Change of mind

We do not offer refund for change of mind. Please also note that we are unable to change an order once it has been placed.

Payment

All payments through this website are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your nominated payment method will be used to process your payment. A transaction fee of 1% will be added to your order to help cover payment processing fees. This 1% fee is lower than what is charged to us by the payment processor. We will waive the transaction fee for purchases over $100. Howerver, we are not liable for any fees or costs incurred by your bank or payment platform. We must receive the full payment amount to proceed with the order fulfilment process.

Fulfilment times

We may offer estimated times of fulfilment and average delivery times but do not guarantee these timeframes. We are not liable for any losses that may have occurred due to timeframe expectations in the ordering, fulfilment process or delivery process. In the event that there will be an unreasonable delay in your order fulfilment, you will be notified of a revised delivery date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to (a) the replacement of any product purchased, or (b) the purchase price paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
